Over the years, we've achieved success in competitions in the
form of awards and victories.
-
We competed in three FIRST world championship in the years 2012, 2013 & 2017
-
Several District Events and District Championships wins in Israel
-
In the year 2025 we were Israel District Championship Finalists

The team’s mission is to promote
science and technology across
diverse communities. In addition, the team enables high school students to gain hands-on experience in robotics and take part in groundbreaking technological initiatives.
The team believes in youth leadership. Every activity, initiative, and decision comes directly from the involvement of the students. In this way, the team teaches decision-making abilities, organizational skill and responsibility among the next generation of leaders in Israel
About us
We are The Joker #4320, a Robotics team from Petah Tikva, Israel. We compete in the annual FIRST robotics competition. Since our founding in 2012, our team has kept advancing in every way, and has maintained a high place in competition and in the community.
Our team strives for excellence and thanks to our vision and core values we keep on improving each year and pushing boundaries in our field.

Programming
Once the robot is complete, our programming team codes the robot's systems. They work on everything from accurate movement, motor control and autonomous processes.
Mechanics & Electronics
Our mechanics and electronics subteams work side by side and together they bring the design to life. These teams use mechanical principles they’ve learned and many high quality tools available in our workshop.

MODELLING
Once our team agrees upon a final concept, our CAD subteam goes on to making a model in the Onshape environment. The final result is an accurate and professional model which allows us to proceed to assembling the robot.
Strategy
The yearly FRC challenge is revealed in the beginning of January. From that moment, our whole team brainstorms ideas, strategies a game plan, and tries prototypes. That way, each team member provides a different perspective and contributes towards the final idea.

OUR PROCESS
Our team consists of 5 subteams - Mechanics, Electronics, CAD, Programming and Business (PR, Media, Community, Awards). Every year, our team deals with a complex engineering challenge and builds a high-grade robot while using advanced tools, professional programs and frameworks. In addition, we work with mentors and companies specializing in engineering across Israel.
giving back
Our impact extends beyond building robots and competitions. As a team, we are committed to improving the lives of those around us and having a positive influence within our community.
We volunteer and provide workshops promoting innovation and STEM. From bringing robotics to youth around our city, to volunteering with underrepresented minorities and individuals with special needs, our team attempts to help on every opportunity we get.
In addition, our team cares for the environment and implements several practices in our activity. One notable way being through returning used bottles and recycling materials.
